This is a very useful feature available specially when you have tens or hundreds of databases in your EM and you want to patch them all <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">without the need to do it one by one<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>In this scenario, the situation that I have is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OEM 12c: 12.1.0.5 (with Bundle 4 applied)<\/li>\n<li>Target Databases: 12.1.0.2 (with PSU 4 applied) &#8211; Linux x86-64<\/li>\n<li>Target: Apply Patch PSU 5 (Oct 2015) in 2 DB&#8217;s in parallel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So let&#8217;s start!<\/p>\n<p>The first task will be to upload to EM Repository the patch that I want to apply in the DB&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Connect into EM and access &#8220;<strong>Enterprise -&gt; Provisioning and Patching -&gt; Saved Patches<\/strong>&#8220;.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1195\" height=\"449\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1916 \" src=\"http:\/\/www.dbarj.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/img_5655f1e856044.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dbarj.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/img_5655f1e856044.png 1195w, https:\/\/www.dbarj.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/img_5655f1e856044-300x113.png 300w, https:\/\/www.dbarj.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/img_5655f1e856044-1024x385.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1195px) 100vw, 1195px\" \/><br \/>\nNote that the list above is inittialy empty.<\/p>\n<p>In another tab, download the Patch\u00a0that you want to apply. In some cases where this file is not ziped you do need, as we&#8217;re going to see very soon.<\/p>\n<p>Download also the latest <strong>OPatch<\/strong>\u00a0that is compatible with the target database server.
