No more 12.2 Oracle RURs patches after 2021?

As some of you know, every quarter, once Oracle releases it's Critical Patch Update Advisory, some of us (like myself, Mike Dietrish, Frits Hoogland and some other DBAs around) download some or all the available patches to scan the differences Oracle performed in the database. In my case, I download all the PSUs, BPs, RUs, RURs and OJVMs available for all supported databases.

However, in this cycle (Jan-2021), I couldn't find the 12.2 RURs.

Looking into the Oracle Download Assistant (Doc ID 2118136.2), note that the RUR slots are empty:

Checking further on Master Note for Database Proactive Patch Program (Doc ID 888.1), we also have them empty:

At least there is a comment "List not published for security-related fixes". What does it mean?

Checking deeper on Oracle Database 12.2.0.1 Release Update & Release Update Revision January 2021 Critical Issues (Doc ID 2725763.1), also no link is provided for 12.2 RURs:

However, below on this note, we have:

Please note that 12.2.0.1 entered Limted Error Correction as of December 01, 2020. Hence, Oracle is only including Security and P1 fixes into the 12.2.0.1 quarterly patch bundles. Therefore as of 2021, there is no content difference between a Release Update and a Release Update Revision, and all 12.2.0.1 customers should use the 12.2.0.1 Release Update.

So it seems that after the DBs go into the Limited Error Correction the RUs will be equal to RURs. Makes sense. Something new I learned today and wanted to share.
