Oracle ACE Level Up!!

This post is also available in: Português

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to announce that this week the Oracle ACE Program upgraded my ACE status one level up! =]

I have started as ACE Associate in Oracle Community in 15th January 2016, after some years of writing technical articles in English and Portuguese specially in this blog and Oracle Technology Network. During the past years I have also contributed helping people on the discussion forum and going to the major Oracle events of my country, like the OTN Tour Brazil. Before becoming an ACE Associate, I had also challenged myself to become and OCM 11g, which I did pass!

During the last 1y8m, a lot of things changed! Since then I've started not only to got to the events but also to contribute speaking on them. I've passed on some other certifications exams and became an OCM Cloud (among others) and had the great opportunity to go for my first OOW, where I had the chance to personally meet the ACE Community and a lot of awesome mind-powerful people!

Next step in the ACE career is a even higher one, but who knows? Becoming an ACE is the consequence, not the cause, so I will keep doing my best and let's see where life will lead me =D

And for anyone who plans to become one and believes the contributions are enough to apply, I recommend to check the official page first to deeply understand the ACE Program, at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/oracle-ace/become-an-ace/index.html. Then, apply to join our ACE team in http://acenomination.oracle.com/. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, that's our mission!
