OCM 11g Preparation - Convert the standby to a snapshot standby

Standby databases can become snapshot standbys with a single command line over DG Broker. This is one of the most amazing things in Data Guard and very useful to test your scripts before running them on production!

What I recommend in this chapter is:

• Convert a physical standby to snapshot standby (and vice-versa) using Broker. (preferable)
• The same above using SQLPlus.
