The Enterprise Manager repository is automatically created and configured during the installation.
So basically here, what Oracle wants you to know is change some of that configurations. Most of them can be done using the "emctl" binary on OMS Home.
It's too many things, but keep in mind that the most importants you should know, like:
- Change SYSMAN password
- List repos details
- Export/Import Config
- Start/Stop oms
